Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Reservation Policy

In order to provide the best service, we present our policies. To confirm your reservation, you must pay 50% of the total amount at the time of booking. The remaining 50% must be paid and confirmed by the bank 15 days prior to the check-in date.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Understanding that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require the cancellation or modification of reservations, we present our Refund and Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations will only be accepted via email at reservas.sanfelipe18@gmail.com.
  • You can cancel at any time.

Cancellations and Refunds:

  • More than 31 days in advance:100% refund of the deposit, minus bank fees and 5% administrative fees.
  • Between 15 and 30 days in advance:75% refund of the deposit, minus bank fees and 5% administrative fees.
  • Between 8 and 14 days in advance:50% of the deposit will be retained, minus bank fees and 5% administrative fees.
  • 7 days or less:100% of the deposit will be charged as a penalty.
  • To confirm your reservation, the full payment must be made and confirmed by the bank at least 15 days before your arrival at the Reserve.
  • In the event that a refund is required, it will be made 15 days after the bank has confirmed that the money is in the account.
  • Passenger List:If possible, the list should be provided at the time of booking, indicating:
    • Name
    • Document type and number
    • Address
    • Country
    • City
    • Residence
    • Phone number or mobile
    • Email
    • Date of birth
  • If this is not possible, the list must be provided at least three (3) business days before the check-in date to allow time to process and review the information.
  • You must specify the meals and the dates they will be reserved, indicating if any of the passengers have dietary restrictions.
  • Once the passenger list is received, medical assistance cards and corresponding reservations will be processed. We will not assume responsibility if the final passengers do not match the registered list. In the event of a cancellation, there will be no refund of the money.

Modifications:

  • Reduction of nights:Cancellation policies will apply for that night.

Reservation Rescheduling:

  • Within the first 6 months of the reservation:No penalty.
  • 20% penaltyfor changes with less than 7 days’ notice, except in cases of force majeure.
  • Maximum 2 reschedulings.
  • Subject to availability, excluding high season dates.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Minors are not allowed without the company of their parents.
  • We kindly ask you to refrain from bringing pets, alcoholic beverages, or hallucinogenic substances.

Schedules: At San Felipe Lodge, we have the following check-in and check-out times:

  • Check-in:3:00 PM
  • Check-out:11:30 AM

Check-out Policy:

  • To ensure the cleanliness and application of biosecurity protocols in the rooms for the next guest, we request that the room be vacated by 11:30 AM. However, we understand that you may want to enjoy our facilities a little longer, so you may stay until 3:30 PM.
  • Please note that if the room is not vacated on time, an additional charge of 50% of the nightly rate will be applied as a Late Check-Out fee. This option is available until 1:00 PM at the latest.
  • If you plan to arrive early in the morning and will be having lunch, please notify us the day before, if possible, so we can organize logistics accordingly.
