Confirming your reservation
A deposit equal to 50% of the total stay is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% must be paid and confirmed by the bank no later than 15 days before check-in.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation requests are accepted only by email at reservas.sanfelipe18@gmail.com.
- More than 31 days before arrival: 100% of the deposit will be refunded, less bank fees and a 5% administrative fee.
- 15 to 30 days before arrival: 75% of the deposit will be refunded, less bank fees and a 5% administrative fee.
- 8 to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit will be retained, in addition to bank fees and a 5% administrative fee.
- 7 days or less before arrival: the full deposit will be retained as a cancellation penalty.
When a refund is due, it will be issued within 15 days after the bank confirms receipt of the funds.
Guest information
A guest list should be provided when booking whenever possible, or no later than three business days before check-in. It must include each guest’s name, identification type and number, address, country, city of residence, phone number, email address, and date of birth.
Please also specify the meals requested and any dietary restrictions.
Rescheduling
- Rescheduling within six months of the original reservation: no penalty.
- Changes made fewer than seven days before arrival: 20% penalty, except in cases of force majeure.
- A maximum of two date changes is permitted, subject to availability and excluding peak-season dates.
Conditions of stay
- Minors may not stay without a parent.
- Pets, alcoholic beverages, and illegal substances are not permitted.
- Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m.
- Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
Guest rooms must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. so they can be prepared for incoming guests. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to prior confirmation and availability and cost COP 50,000 per person.
What your rate includes
Your lodging rate includes admission to the reserve, a birding guide, and breakfast. Lunch, dinner, and any additional food or beverages are charged separately.
